Great article, best part "NetSuite CEO Zach Nelson said his team saw the auction as a way to set a fair price.

But Scott Sweet, senior managing partner of IPO Boutique, expressed concern that the company (Netsuite) may be getting overvalued. The stock's shaky start underscored his concerns, he said Thursday morning.
"Once again the Dutch auction concept failed to live up to its self-described mantra as being a better conduit in the pricing of an IPO by the investors than the standard method of pricing by the underwriters," Sweet said. "In past Dutch auction deals, and it appears the same in this case, investors put in overzealous high bids to 'beat' others in a scramble to get shares. In doing so, it is highly likely that it has greatly diminished the IPO's performance and highly overvalued the company."
He said the "early big winner" in the process is NetSuite, and the "losers" are investors who "are left questioning why they put in bids that were unrealistic."

Not necessarily, let the mkt tell you, RIMM may continue up.... N may consolidate, let's see what Beanie thinks... I didn't buy RIMM into close, took some profits on it early am quick trade.... got busy... was patient and nailed the N trade....cuz I waited...... patience is the key

I am also learning - thank you for all your help in charting and picking these winners... I am thinkin of playing LDK tomorrow for a trade if it comes down to 41-42 range...

..As far as ITRI goes - I am thinking of picking up some more of those 90 jan calls ... although its a challenge to buy these calls cause of the .70cents bid/ask difference... same is with CLB... suckssssss.. oh well..

but i still can't see the pattern that gets the stock from the low( which i can nail) to the target price ( which i can nail)...
you and F8 are both saying stay with ITRI..and i wish now that I had...

TGT...

it is at 48.3...lower BB13 band..= sometimes it's a good indicator for the next lower price to get into something...or TGT holds at 50...
..it's going to be tough to get your 3.70 back if at all....
that 50..strike is headed to 1.90 /2.15...unless TGT gaps up soon...or never retests 49...

and next time a strike cost 3.70 even money...whatever ... 50 strike, and $50 stock price. ( is even money strike, I don't know what the technical term is).....ask me to go get the best strike for you...

they are sitting on $35mil in cash (and growing each quarter b/c they are taking in $$ hand-over-fist with the low-overhead poker room) and getting ready to sell off their old ISP business to help pay for the deals they are currently making
