it was all about the currencies today, and manipulation thereof. The cause of the "short squeeze" for lack of better term, was the synchronous change in the yen, euro and USD simultaneously. It was not the news IMO. I was waiting for it most of the day, and of course, it happened at the usual time of day...3pm (ding, ding)

actually i am not sure about the gap down right now, due to the fact it closed the gap and stayed above it at the close. ..but i would short than to go long for the overnite if i play.

that's another reason (besides inverted batwings) why i ain't playin!!! lol

I'm hearing it has something to do with what Geitner said.

Go to the 1 minute interval chart for the last two days. Do you see the inverted batwings formation? I was looking for the right wing to form and once it did (and spy 82 completes it), i bought boatloads of SPY.... and sold on the way up. Well, i bought some at 81.55 announced on twitter, believing it will pull up and complete it. Once 82 broke, that was the biggie. Do you see the inverted batwings? If not, email me.

We have seen how people can be hurt badly by these batwings and inverted batwings. That's why i am not short. In fact, i'm not even gonna do the overnite short today.
